Claims

A substrate having a length greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the end members of the gratings connected to each other and a pair of clamping pieces continuous to both longitudinal sides of the substrate are integrally formed by an elastic band plate such as a steel plate. The base end portions of both clamping pieces are bent inwardly at an acute angle with respect to the substrate, and the center portions in the vertical direction are bent inwardly into a V-shape at an obtuse angle.
