Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a large amount of hot water of an appropriate temperature for a long time by forming a heating circulation system provided with a hot water storage vessel, for guiding hot water within the vessel to the instantaneous water heater by use of a circulation pump for heating, and after heating, returning hot water gain to the vessel. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is turned ON, a circulation pump 4 for heating operates, and water extracted from the bottom part of a hot water storage vessel 1 flows into the instantaneous water heater 5 where ignition and heating of water are carried out to heat water to a predetermined temperature, and hot water thus heated is returned to the upper part of the vessel 1. In this case, when hot water feed faucets 8 are opened, feeing of hot water is carried out at a pressure corresponding to the water feed pressure. When hot water is fed, cool water in an amount equal to that of hot water is supplemented in accordance therewith to the lower part of the hot water storage vessel 1 through a water feed pipe, and feeding of hot water is carried out continuously or intermittently, cool water is replenished, and the interface between a low-temperature zone and a high-temperature zone rises up. Thus, when a temperature adjustor 6 detects a set temperature of 37 deg.C, the circulation pump 6 for heating again operates to carry out heating circulation. In this manner, since water of a predetermined suitable temperature is held at the upper part of the hot storage vessel 1, hot water of a suitable temperature can be taken out at all times.

Therefore, in the instant type, for example, when the water supply temperature is 5 degrees Celsius, this water is used as hot water at 40 degrees Celsius, and 48,000 kca is used.
Even in terms of heat output per hour, at most only 23 g/min of hot water can be obtained, making it impossible to use a large flow of hot water at an appropriate temperature.
On the other hand, hot water storage systems have the disadvantage that they cannot use a large amount of hot water for a long period of time due to their low heat output, and also cannot provide a particularly comfortable shower due to the low pressure. However, it was not suitable for apartments or commercial hot water systems where hot water is used from multiple hot water taps at the same time.

Another problem with conventional hot water systems is that when hot water is not being dispensed, the hot water in the hot water supply line stagnates and gets cold, and even when the hot water tap or shower tap is opened, hot water at the appropriate temperature is not available. There was also the problem that it took a while to appear.

(Function) According to the present invention, the low-temperature water at the bottom of the tank is drawn out by the heating circulation pump from the heating circulation line connected to the bottom of the closed type hot water storage tank, and then sent to the instantaneous water heater. On the other hand, the hot water supply line is taken out from approximately above the nuclide, and an appropriate number of hot water taps and shower taps are installed at appropriate locations on the terminal. For example, when the hot water tap is opened, hot water from the high-temperature area at the top of the tank is drawn out to the hot water line by the water supply pressure due to the water supply pipe being connected to the bottom of the hot water storage tank. Hot water at an appropriate temperature is supplied at a high pressure equivalent to the water supply pressure.

When the hot water supply is connected, the hot water in the high temperature area at the top of the tank decreases, and along with this, unheated cold water is replenished from the bottom of the tank through the water supply pipe, and the low temperature area rises. , Temperature 7A is attached to the lower part of the nuclide to detect the internal water temperature, and is set to a predetermined temperature slightly lower than the suitable temperature for hot water supply. When the set temperature is detected, it is electrically connected to the temperature. The connected heating circulation pump is operated, the instantaneous water heater is turned on, and the heating circulation system is activated.
The low-temperature hot water drawn from the bottom of the tank is returned to the top of the tank as warm water at an appropriate temperature.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the extension of the hot water supply line through the hot water tap etc. is piped back to the upper part of the hot water storage tank, and a small-sized pipe is installed in the detection port of the hot water supply line to bypass the check valve. If you install a heat-retaining circulation pump and keep it running all the time, a minimum amount of hot water at the right temperature will always circulate through the hot water system even when hot water is not being dispensed, so as soon as you open the hot water tap, hot water at the right temperature will be available. I can do it so that I can get it.

In addition, by installing an automatic air vent valve at the top of the hot water storage tank and placing the outlet for the hot water supply line slightly below it, it is possible to completely eliminate air bubbles that occur in instantaneous water heaters from entering the hot water supply line. can be prevented.

In addition, the instantaneous water heater 5 may be a normal foot heat output type instantaneous water heater if a slight variation in outlet temperature is allowed, and the amount of water is adjusted to an appropriate temperature using a circulating water amount control valve (not shown). If you want to keep the outlet temperature strictly constant, use a gas proportional control type that detects the outlet hot water temperature and feeds it back to the automatic gas flow control valve to keep the outlet temperature constant regardless of water flow fluctuations. It is best to use an instant water heater.

When the power is turned on, the water intake temperature is lower than the set temperature of the temperature m cylinder 6, so the contact closes and the heating circulation pump 4
is operated, water drawn from the bottom of the hot water storage tank 1 flows to the instantaneous water heater 5, where it is ignited and heated to a predetermined temperature and returned to the top of the nuclide 1.

In this temperature range, the density of the high-temperature kneaded water is low, so the warm water returned to the top does not often circulate and mix with the cold water in the lower layer, and maintains a layered state with the high-temperature region. The boundary descends as the heating cycle progresses,
The proportion occupied by the high temperature range gradually increases, and when the mounting position of the temperature controller 6 enters the high temperature range and detects the set temperature, for example 37°C, the contact opens and the heating circulation pump 4 stops, heating circulation is discontinued, and the unit is ready for use.

In this way, by sequentially performing hot water dispensing and heating circulation, the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1 is always kept at a nearly constant temperature, so hot water at the right temperature can be taken out at any time, and hot water can be stored in the hot water storage tank 1. The hot water used in the water serves as a quantitative buffer,
Furthermore, the system has a high water supply pressure, so it can supply hot water at an appropriate temperature for a long time over a large kilometer, and can also obtain the high water pressure necessary for showers.

Further, in the above system, the extension of the hot water supply pipe 3 is piped so as to return to the upper part of the hot water storage tank l via the hot water supply return pipe 10, and a stop valve 11 is further disposed in the middle of the hot water supply line 7. If a small heat-retaining circulation 13 is arranged in the bypass pipe 12 and kept in operation at all times, a small flow of suitable temperature hot water will always flow through the hot water pipe 9 even when hot water is not being dispensed. etc. 8. It is possible to have hot water at an appropriate temperature immediately come out when the tank is opened. Another possibility is to have a valve at the top of the hot water storage tank 1 that automatically opens when the gas phase persists. If an automatic air vent valve 14 for air venting is provided and the hot water supply line 7 is taken out from a little lower part of the automatic air vent valve 14, it is advantageous that air bubbles generated in the instantaneous water heater 5 are not carried along with the hot water supply line 7.
