粉を濾過膜によつて除去する濾過器であつて、 一端にガスの出口を有し、他端は内側がテーパー
状の開口とされた肉厚円筒状のエレメントホルダ
ーと、 該エレメントホルダーに根元が挿入固定された濾
過エレメントであつて円筒又は円錐台形で側面周
囲に多数の貫通孔を有する支持体に袋状の濾過膜
が冠装された濾過エレメントと、 該濾過エレメントと前記エレメントホルダーのテ
ーパー状の開口とに接して嵌合されたシールリン
グであつて、このシールリングをリングの平面に
垂直でかつ中心を通る平面で切断した場合の断面
の形状が、先端が濾過エレメントの根元方向に向
かう楔状形とされたシールリングと、 一端にガスの入口を有し他端に濾過エレメントを
その先端をガス入口側に向けてエレメントホルダ
ーと共に挿入するための開口を有する円筒状の収
納ケースであつて、濾過エレメントの収納部は円
筒又はエレメントホルダー側に向かつて細くなる
円錐台形とされ、エレメントホルダー挿入部はエ
レメントホルダーを密着挿入しうる大きさの内径
とされ、かつ濾過エレメント収納部とエレメント
ホルダー挿入部との境界には前記シールリングを
介してエレメントホルダーのテーパー状の開口端
と対面する鍔状当り面を有する収納ケースとを備
えてなり、 該収納ケースに濾過エレメントおよびエレメン
トホルダーが挿入され、前記シールリングがエレ
メントホルダーのテーパー状の開口、濾過エレメ
ントの外面および収納ケースの鍔状当り面によつ
て締め付けられ、かつ収納ケースの開口端周縁と
エレメントホルダーとが溶接接合されてなること
