前記管路拡大部５の下流側を接続する一対の帰還
流路７ａ，７ｂを形成し、前記管路拡大部５に流
動方向切換安定化のためのターゲツト１２を設け
、前記噴出ノズル３からの噴流の流動方向変化に
起因する圧力又は流量変化を検出する流量測定用
センサー１４を設けたフルイデイツク流量計であ
つて、前記噴出ノズル３から前記管路拡大部５の
入口までの距離ｌ１と、前記管路拡大部５の入口
から前記ターゲツト１２までの距離ｌ２との相関
