Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the transmission of vibration and keep a vibrating body in a stationary state by making a primary vibration isolating elastic body fixed to the under surface of a vibrating body lower and a secondary vibration isolating elastic body fixed detachably to the under surface of said primary elastic body for its grounding higher in their hardness respectively. CONSTITUTION:A primary soft vibration isolating rubber 26 is fixed to the under surface of a vibrating body 20 with a bolt 18 and a nut 22 through a collar 16, and the recess 36 of a secondary vibration isolating rubber 34 is fitted on a swollen projected part 32 formed on the lower end of a cylindrical part 28. Said secondary had vibration isolating rubber 34 is detachably fixed to said primary vibration isolating rubber 26, and mounted on a ground plane 24. Thus said primary soft vibration isolating rubber 26 absorbs the vibration of the vibrating body 20, and controls the vibration transmitted from said body 20 and the movement of said body 30 toward the ground plane 24. In addition to that, since the secondary hard vibration isolating rubber 34 keeps in contact with said ground plane 24, its wear can be also reduced.

In FIG. 1, a first vibration isolating rubber 26 as a first vibration isolating elastic body has a cylindrical tube portion 28, an upper end surface portion 30 connected to the upper end side of this tube portion 28, and a bottom portion of the tube portion 28. It has a bulging protrusion 32 formed on the end surface. The bulging protrusion 32 has a neck whose diameter is reduced at its connection to the cylindrical portion 28 . A cylindrical collar 16 is inserted into the center hole of the upper end surface portion 30, and a bolt 18 is inserted from the lower end side of the first vibration isolating rubber 26 and passes through the bolt hole of the collar 16 and the vibrating body 20. A nut 22 is screwed onto the upper end. By tightening the head of the bolt 18 and the nut 22, the first vibration isolating rubber 26 is fixed to the lower end side of the vibrating body 20. The cylindrical second vibration isolating rubber 34 as the second vibration isolating elastic body is
At its upper end, the first vibration isolating rubber 26 is formed by fitting the male and female parts together.
It has a recess 36 that is detachably connected to the bulging protrusion 32, and is grounded to the ground surface 24 at the lower end surface. The diameter of the opening of the recess 36 is reduced, and the bulging protrusion 32
After being fitted into the recess 36 by elastic expansion of the opening of the recess 36, the neck is tightened and locked in the recess 36 by the restoration of the opening of the recess 36. The first vibration-proof rubber 26 and the second vibration-proof rubber 34 have different hardnesses, and the first vibration-proof rubber 26

This suppresses vibration transmission from the vibrating body 20 and movement of the vibrating body 20 with respect to the ground plane 24. Since the hard second anti-vibration rubber 34 is in contact with the ground plane 24, the second anti-vibration rubber 34 suffers little wear. Moreover, since there is no relative sliding between the first vibration-proof rubber 26 and the second vibration-proof rubber 34, wear of the first vibration-proof rubber 26 does not become a problem.
