Claims (1)
- １個の熱電対保護管を中心にまた中心に対し対
称的に配置した熱電対保護管を周端面上に、更に
均熱管内壁上の水平方向移動用車輪を取付けた熱
電対保護管支持板よりなる測温部と、この測温部
を水平方向に移動させるための上記熱電対保護管
支持板の中心に取付けられた熱電対保護管の延長
端部に結合された上記測温部の水平方向駆動装置
と、温度分布測定器とよりなるこてとを特徴とす
る水平炉ヒータの温度分布測定装置。
