を、バルブガイドの端部外周にねじ込調整自在に
取付け、前記ガイドスリーブの先端部内に、内周
にリツプを、かつ外周にガイドスリーブの前記テ
ーパー面に倣つたテーパー面を設けた一部にスプ
リツトを有する不連続環状のシールリングを嵌合
し、前記シールリングと前記バルブガイドの端部
との間に圧縮バネを装着し、この圧縮バネの押圧
力により前記シールリングの内周に設けたリツプ
をバルブステムの外周に圧接してシールしてなる
