Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ハンドピース本体１に半導体レーザ発生器２
を内蔵したレーザハンドピースであつて、上記レ
ーザ発生器２を本体１に対し冷却フイン３１付押
え部材３により固定すると共にその周囲を空気冷
却するようにしたことを特徴とするレーザハンド
ピース。 ２ 上記ハンドピース本体１に給気管路４が導入
され、且つ該本体１とレーザ発生器２との間に該
給気路４に連通する空隙４１が形成されている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のハンドピース
。 ３ 上記押え部材３が熱伝導性の良い材料より成
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のハンドピ
ース。
