Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)鋼板製カップ状素材の周壁部を荒加工用パンチの
外周面の歯形成形用凹凸部と荒加工用ダイスの成形孔内
周面の歯形成形用凹凸部とで荒加工し、次いで仕上加工
用パンチの外周面の歯形成形用凹凸部と仕上加工用ダイ
スの成形孔内周面の歯形成形用凹凸部とで仕上加工する
ことにより、前記周壁部に歯形部を成形する歯付きカッ
プ状物の製造方法であって、前記荒加工時に、前記荒加
工用パンチのそれぞれの歯形成形用凸部の上部に設けら
れかつ少なくとも前記カップ状素材の周壁部上面の外縁
まで達する突出部によりこの周壁部の上面に押圧力を与
えることを特徴とする歯付きカップ状物の製造方法。
