In addition, when performing this type of underspray painting, conventionally, a cylindrical spray is applied continuously using a snake-type pump, a squeeze-type pump, etc., or a regular construction gun is used. It was being applied. Furthermore, as a finishing coating, a finishing coating material such as a coating material that is pumped under high pressure is sprayed using an airless gun.

However, although it is possible to paint continuously using a snake-type pump, there is a problem in that the equipment itself becomes large and increases equipment cost. Because of this, the paint material stored in the paint cup increases its weight, which impairs handling and causes fatigue for workers, and it is necessary to interrupt the painting operation when refilling the paint cup with paint material. There was a problem that the work efficiency was also reduced. In addition, in both cases, two types of equipment are required for finishing painting, namely equipment using an airless gun.
This has caused many problems, such as increasing the size of the device and further increasing the cost of the device.

Thus, the spray gun 1 discharges a relatively highly viscous tile or crater-shaped pattern coating material from the tip opening 2, which is fed under high pressure by the coating material pressure feeding device P. In addition, since the inner hole diameter D1 of the guide hole 9 is formed to be larger than the inner hole diameter D2 of the attachment part 5, the discharged coating material is depressurized in the coating material flow path 27 including the guide hole 9. The coating material is fed to the tip of the coating material nozzle 12.

In addition, the spray gun 1 can be used for tiles and crater pattern coating materials that could not be used with conventional airless guns due to the high pumping pressure, and architectural coating materials containing coarse particles and fibers that could not be used due to the nozzle shape. In addition to being suitable for use in construction, the gun body can be made lighter and spraying can be performed continuously, improving workability and handling compared to conventional construction guns. In addition, the high-pressure air source C and the coating material pressure feeding device P can be a conventionally used air compressor for an airless gun, an airless pump, or an electric airless pump connected to a paint container such as a pail can or drum, making the device more compact. , making it possible to reduce costs.

(Effects of the Invention) As shown in Ujigami, the spray gun of the present invention includes an airless gun, a housing having a main portion forming a guide hole larger than the inner diameter of the mounting portion, and an air discharge pipe. Since the tool is removably attached, it is possible to continuously spray tiles, architectural coating materials such as crater-like pattern coating materials, etc., which improves workability. It also improves handling by reducing the weight of the gun body. The high-pressure air source and coating material feeding device that can be used as an airless gun can be used as is, making the device more compact and reducing costs. By replacing the air discharge device with a spray nozzle, it can also be used as a conventional airless gun.
It can have many effects, such as increasing its versatility.
