  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両側に流路を有し、内部に試料を入れる柔
    軟な袋と、この袋の流路をその外部に導出する開
    口部を有し、上記袋を内部に収納し保護する容器
    とから構成され、かつ上記保護容器内の袋が挿脱
    できるように構成されていることを特徴とする試
    料採取容器。 (2) 試料を入れる袋は、ポリ弗化ビニール、ポ
    リビニールアルコール、ポリプロピレン、ポリエ
    チレンなどの高分子材料でなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の試料採取容器。 (3) 保護容器には、ウレタンフオーム等の油の
    膨張が緩和できるクツシヨン材が配置されている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載
    の試料採取容器。 (4) 保護容器は、アクリル等の硬質高分子材料
    の透明又は着色容器が用いられている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のうち何れかに記
    載の試料採取容器。 (5) 保護容器は、胴部で分割可能に結合されて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第４項の
    うち何れかに記載の試料採取容器。
