【考案の詳細な説明】 一般に籾摺機では脱用ゴムロールの側端面に
近接させて鏡板を設け、ゴムロール上に供給され
た籾がゴムロール側方より下方に漏れる事を防止
している。このようなものにおいて、従来、籾摺
機のゴムロール回転数測定装置としては、第5図
に示すように鏡板とロールカバー19を一体形成
し、該ロールカバー19に回転計20を取付け、
回転計20の作動軸をゴムロール軸7aの軸端に
設けた係止孔に挿入し、両軸7a,20をセレー
シヨン等の着脱機構により連結したり、又回転計
20をゴムロール上方に設けた籾送りロールの軸
に取付けたものがあるが、前者においてはロール
カバーを取外す為には回転計20も共に取外さね
ばならず、再び回転計20を装着する場合におい
て作動軸とロール軸7a軸端の係止孔との嵌合が
非常に困難で装着が面倒であり、後者において
は、籾送りローラー軸はゴムロールを軸支する主
軸からベルト伝動されていて、供給籾中に異物が
混入しているとこれが引掛つてスリツプ等により
回転変動が生じ、脱作用の主体をなす主軸の回
転数についてはこれを正確にキヤツチ出来ない欠
陥があつた。

2内に併設された一対のゴムロール7,8間に落
下供給するようになつている。一方のゴムロール
7は主軸7aに軸支され、他方のゴムロール8は
従動軸8aに軸支されている。

盤に標示されており、標示盤は正常な脱状態の
場合は無負荷時より若干低い一定の回転数を示す
が、ゴムロールが摩耗してロール間隙が拡大した
際は脱性能が低下すると共に主軸7aの回転数
が上記一定値より上昇し、標示盤でその変化をす
早く感知することが出来る。よつてその際は、機
械を運転しつつ、標示盤を見乍らロール間隙調節
ハンドル14を回転数が正常になるように操作調
節すればよい。又、ゴムロール7,8の摩耗状態
例えば片減り等を調べたり、ゴムロール7,8下
方に摺出米が詰つたりした場合にはロールカバー
11を開放せねばならないが、回転計10はロー
ルカバー11とは無関係に鏡板9に固定されてい
るから、ロールカバー11の着脱に際しては回転
計10を取り外す必要がなく、極めて迅速に行な
う事が出来るものである。

着脱が迅速に行い得て作業能率向上に効を奏する
