Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply mount a transformer without impairing an external appearance in a room by securing a mounting plate to a case which contains coils, and fixing the case through the plate in a flash box buried in a wall. CONSTITUTION:Coils and a core, not shown, are contained at a center 11 in a case 2. Both terminals A, B of a primary coil, not shown are composed of SL terminals 12a, 12b, and contained in a terminal container 9. The terminals C, D, E, F of a secondary coil, not shown, are composed of EG terminals 13c, 13d, 13e, 13f and contained in a terminal container 10. A mounting plate 1 is secured onto the upper surface of the case 2. The case 2 is secured through the plate 1, a supporting rod 16 and a screw 17 in a flush box 15 buried in the wall 14 of a room. Thus, it can be mounted simply without impairing an external appearance.

することもできる。各EG端子13c、 13d、 1
3e、 13fはケース2内の2次コイル端子収納部l
O内に収容される。コイル及びコア(図示しない)はケ
ース2内の中央部のトランスコア・コイル収納部11に
収容される。このようなケース2の上面を覆って前述の
取付用プレートが固定される。

[発明の効果] 以上説明したように、本発明に係る埋込型トランスにお
いては、1次側コイルの端子をSL端子で構成し、家庭
用のスイッチ等の埋込ボックス内取付用連用プレートと
同じサイズの取付用プレートを介して壁体内に埋設して
取付けている。したがって、家庭用の埋込ボックスを取
付収納場所として利用でき、また埋設構造であるため室
内の美観が保たれる。また、1次側リード端子の接続が
簡単に行なわれるため、取付工事が容易に円滑にできる

4端子を有する小勢力回路用電源トランスであることを
