Conventionally, this type of electric heating device has a heating plate 1 with a flat top surface and an electric heating element 2 as shown in FIG.
It had a built-in. When the hot plate 3 is placed on this electric heating device, the heating plate 1 and the hot plate 3 come into full contact with each other, as shown in FIG.
Cooking is carried out thermally efficiently. However, when a small-diameter pot 4 is placed on this electric heating device, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer periphery of the heating plate 1 is exposed, does not contribute to heating the pot 4, and heat loss is large. Thermal efficiency was extremely poor.

That is, the heating plate 5 is divided into an inner peripheral part 7 and an outer peripheral part 8 by a ring-shaped recess 6, electric heating elements 9 and 10 are provided in the inner peripheral part 7 and outer peripheral part 8, respectively, and a through hole 11 is provided in the recess 6. It is formed by forming. This electric heating device can heat the entire surface by energizing both electric heating elements when a hot plate is placed, and when a small diameter pot is placed, only the electric heating element 9 on the inner circumference 7 is energized. Heating can be done by In this case, since the inner periphery 7 and the outer periphery 8 of the heating plate 5 are separated by the recess 6 and the through hole 11, there is no heat conduction to the outer periphery 8, resulting in a small heat loss. have However, when boiling sweat boils over from the pot, the boiling liquid enters the lower body through the through hole 11, resulting in deterioration of the insulation of internal electrical components.

In FIGS. 6 to 8, reference numeral 21 denotes a substantially box-shaped cooking device body, and a pair of legs 22 serving as handles are attached to the left and right sides, and an operation frame 23 is attached to the front.
is provided. On the upper surface of the cooking device main body 21, there is a heat-sensitive device 24 biased upward, an inner circumferential heating plate 25,
The outer circumferential heating plates 26 are arranged and fixed in a concentric manner. Reference numerals 27 and 28 are electric heating elements provided on the inner circumferential heating plate 25 and the outer circumferential heating plate 26, respectively. A ring-shaped gap 29 is formed between the inner circumferential heating plate 25 and the outer circumferential heating plate 26, and this gap 29 is closed by an upwardly protruding ring-shaped convex portion 30 formed on the upper surface of the cooking device main body 21. ing. 31 is a hot plate, and 32 is a pot. Further, the operation frame 23 is provided with a temperature adjustment knob 33, a power indicator lamp 34, and a changeover switch 35 for switching the power supply to the electric heating elements 27 and 28. Reference numerals 36 and 37 are mounting screws for fixing the inner circumferential heating plate 25 and the outer circumferential heating plate 26 to the cooking device main body 21.

In the above configuration, when the hot plate 31 is placed as shown in FIG.
Heating is performed by applying electricity to the In addition, when the pot 32 is placed as shown in FIG. 8, the electric heating element 27
Heating is performed by energizing only the When the broth boils over from this pot 32, the gap 29 becomes the convex part 30.
Since the boiling liquid is blocked by the cooking device main body 21
There is no intrusion inside. In addition, when placing the pot 32, the gap 29 can be used for positioning. In addition, in order to ensure surface contact between the hot plate 31 and the inner heating plate 25, the inner heating plate 25 may be positioned slightly lower than the outer heating plate 26, or the inner heating plate 25 may be attached upward using a spring or the like. It's good to be strong.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the thermal efficiency is high even when pots of different sizes are placed, and even if the broth spills from the pot, the broth will not enter the cooking device main body. The insulation deterioration of internal electrical parts can be prevented without any problems, and the effect is extremely large.
