Claims (1)
- エンジンの一部または全部のシリンダに給気弁
および排気弁とは別個の第３弁を設け、車両のエ
ンジンブレーキ走行時以外の通常運転時には前記
第３弁を閉塞状態で保持し、車両のエンジンブレ
ーキ走行時には前記第３弁を開放させてエンジン
ブレーキ効果を高めるエンジンブレーキ装置にお
いて、前記第３弁の開閉動作時に前記第３弁の弁
ステムを摺動自在にガイドするバルブガイドに前
記第３弁の弁ステムとの摺動面側に加圧空気を噴
射する加圧空気噴射孔を形成するとともに、この
加圧空気噴射孔に加圧空気を供給する加圧空気供
給機構を設けたことを特徴とするエンジンブレー
キ装置。
