圧接し、上記電磁ブレーキ１と嵌合するブレーキ
カム３０に抜穴４を設けた手動操作板５を固定し
、一方シヤフト１０に嵌合したチエーンホイル１
１に前記抜穴４に挿脱するサポートピン１２を設
け、通常スプリング１３によりチエーンホイル１
１をブレーキ解放固定板１４側に押圧して、上記
サポートピン１２を抜穴４より離脱させ、上記ブ
レーキ解放固定板１４の端部にクラツチレバー１
６のカム面１７を当接させ、上記カム面１７の下
側にロツクピンサポート１９を配置して、ロツク
ピンサポート１９のロツクピン２１をカム面１７
に押圧して、クラツチレバー１６を下方回動させ
た時カム面１７に設けた凹所２２にロツクピン２
１を係合可能とし、前記アーマチユア２にはブレ
ーキ解放ボルト２３を介してブレーキ解放板２４
を取付け、このブレーキ解放板２４に設けたビス
２５をケース２６側に取付けた環体２７と対向さ
せ、ブレーキ解放板２４と前記ブレーキ解放固定
板１４の下方に枢着したブレーキ解放レバー２８
とを連結ボルト２９により連結したことを特徴と
