端部に、内周と外周にらせん状節部を有しかつ異
形鉄筋との間に所定の遊びを有する第１カツプラ
ーをそれぞれ螺合し、かつこの対向する一対の第
１カツプラーに、内周にらせん状節部を有しかつ
第１カツプラーとの間に所定の遊びを有する第２
カツプラーを螺合してわたらせ、さらに前記異形
鉄筋と第１カツプラー間および第１カツプラーと
第２カツプラー間にグラウト材を充填してあるこ
