合液を撹拌する撹拌手段と、 該撹拌手段にて撹拌される冷却室内の混合液の
温度を検知する温度検知手段と、 前記冷却室内の混合液を冷却し、所定の冷凍炭
酸飲料製品を製造する冷凍手段と、 該冷却室で形成された冷凍帯酸飲料製品を解凍
させるための解凍指令信号を出力する解凍指令手
段と、 前記冷却室で形成された冷凍炭酸飲料製品を予
め設定された解凍温度まで加熱して解凍せしめる
解凍手段と、 前記電源の投入および/または前記解凍指令手
段からの解凍指令信号に基づいて自動的に作動を
開始し、その作動の開始から、予め設定された期
間が経過した後、所定の判別信号を出力するタイ
マ手段と、 前記温度検知手段で検知された前記混合液の検
知温度と前記解凍温度とを該タイマ手段からの判
別信号に基づいて比較し、該温度検知手段で検知
された混合液の検知温度が該解凍温度以下のとき
、前記解凍手段を作動せしめる判別手段とを、 有することを特徴とする冷凍炭酸飲料デイスペン
