In a seat belt anchor device in which a seat belt anchor portion is set under a seat cushion of a front seat, an anchor bracket is directly or indirectly attached to a frame portion of the seat cushion of the front seat that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The anchor point of the seat belt is attached to the seat belt and fixed at at least two fixing points in the front and back, and the rear point of the two fixing points is set higher than the front point, and the anchor point of the seat belt is fixed at at least two fixing points in the front and rear. A plurality of brackets are set above the front fixing point, one of which is set at the same position as the rear fixing point, and the anchor bracket has a point slightly above the front fixing point. A bar extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle is inserted through the anchor bracket, and the rear end of the bar is pivoted to the vehicle floor and has a serrated locking portion formed on its lower side.
