    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両面に粘着剤層を有するフイルムに透孔を穿設
    し、且該透孔の径より径大で、フイルムと同一巾
    か、或いは小巾の濾紙を透孔を被うように一方の
    粘着剤層に接着すると共に、透孔の外周縁部、或
    いは濾紙の外周縁部にシール材をシーリングして
    成るフイルター装置。
