- 火炎加水分解反応により発生したガラス微粉末
を推積させて多孔質母材を形成させるバーナーの
フードにおいて、上記フードの先端部に冷却流体
を流す流路が形成されていることを特徴とする光
フアイバ母材製造用バーナーのフード構造。
