[Technical background of the invention and its problems] Conventionally, continuous disk coils, helical coils, etc. have been used as coils used in large electrical equipment such as transformers. Among these, in order to connect the upper and lower unit disc coils of a continuous disc coil or to transfer the parallel conductors of a helical coil, the conductor 1 is bent as shown in Figures 1 and 2. A transition section 2 consisting of the following is required. Since this transition portion 2 is formed by bending the conductor 1, the insulation coating of the conductor 1 will be damaged to some extent, and as a result, the insulation between the turns in this portion will be greatly reduced. In order to prevent this deterioration of insulation, conventionally the transition portion 2 has been fitted with a protective pad 3 or taped. However, since the taping method requires a large amount of man-hours, a mechanism for attaching the protective cover 3 is currently widely used, and approximately two conventional types have been adopted for this.

First, the first conventional type is a mechanism in which the protective cover 3 is adhesively fixed to the transition part 2 of the conductor 1 with an adhesive such as varnish,
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper edge of the protective cover is bent horizontally, and the bent portion 3a is inserted between the spacer 4 and the conductor 1 and fixed.

However, with the conventional mechanism for preventing the protective padding 3 from falling off as described above, in the first conventional type, there was a risk that the protective padding 3 would move or fall off before the varnish was fixed. . Furthermore, when the insulation class of the equipment becomes higher, there is a drawback that there is a risk of corona generation due to residual air bubbles when the varnish is applied. On the other hand, in the second conventional type, the bent portion 3a of the protective cover 3 differs depending on the shape of the coil, so the shape is complicated and the manufacturing process is time-consuming. Furthermore, the protective padding 3 of the spacer 4
The part where the bent part 3a is inserted has to be cut from other parts by the thickness of the protective cover 3, which increases the number of man-hours for the winding work. Most of the sexual superiority was lost.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was proposed in view of the drawbacks of the conventional types as described above, and its purpose is to securely fix the protective padding at the transition section of the coil. The object of the present invention is to provide a coil for electrical equipment that requires less man-hours during manufacturing.

[Summary of the invention] The coil for electrical equipment according to the invention has clamping pieces slightly wider than the width of the conductor integrally formed at both ends of a protective cover attached to the transition portion of the coil.
The coil is sandwiched between spacers and a protective cover is attached to the coil.

The coil 11 for electrical equipment includes a plurality of single coils 11a formed by a conductor 12 stacked in a cylindrical shape, and between each single coil 11a,
Spacers 13 are arranged so that the distance is kept constant. Further, the single coil 11a is provided with a transition portion 14 formed by bending the conductor 12, which allows the upper and lower single coils 11a, 11
b are connected. A protective cover 15 is provided between the transition portion 14 and the single coils 11a, 11b. This protective cover 15 is made of a material having electrical insulation properties, and has clamping pieces 15a protruding in an S-shape along the curved shape of the transition portion 14 at both ends thereof. This protective cover 1
The holding piece 15a of No. 5 is formed to be slightly wider than the width of the conductor 12, and is held between the spacers 13 and 13' arranged between the upper and lower conductors 12.

First, a single coil 11a is placed between the spacers 1 and 1.
Stack with 3 and 13' in between. In this case, a conductor 1 is connected to the connecting portion of the single coils 11a and 11b.
2 is bent to provide a transition portion 14. Next, a protective pad 15 is disposed between the single coils 11a, 11b and the transition portion 14, but in this case, the protective pad 15
The holding piece 15a of No. 5 is inserted so as to be sandwiched between the spacers 13 and 13'. After placing the protective pads 15 on all the transition parts 14 of the coil 11, pressure is applied from above and below the spacers 13, 13' to make the distance between the spacers 13 match the width of the conductor 12. At this time, the clamping piece 1 of the protective padding 15
5a is compressed between the spacers 13, 13', bites into the spacers 13, 13', and is securely held, so the protective pad 15 does not move or fall off from the transition portion 14. .

At this time, even if the installation interval of the spacers 13, 13' in the circumferential direction of the coil 11 changes somewhat, as long as the length of the clamping piece 15a of the protective pad 15 is appropriately selected, the same protective pad 15 can be used. Can be used in common. Furthermore, if several types of protective pads 15 are manufactured and stored in advance according to the width of the conductor 12, there is no need to manufacture them for each coil unlike conventional ones with bent parts, and standardization of parts is possible. can be achieved. Furthermore, since the shape is simple and is just a plate, it can be mass-produced by press punching, for example, and can be manufactured at low cost.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to prevent the formation of pockets between the spacers 13 in which the cooling medium does not circulate. Also, the 10th
As shown in the figure, the overall shape of the protective pad 15 is horizontally H-shaped, and the clamping piece 1 inserted between the spacers 13
It is also possible to provide four locations 5a for more reliable fixing.
