に帯状の発熱抵抗体を形成し、上記グレーズ表面
のうち帯状発熱抵抗体の形成部位のみ凸状に盛り
上らせてなるものにおいて、該凸状の盛り上り部
を結晶化ガラスで構成したことを特徴とするサー
