Abstract

PURPOSE:To afford non-tackiness to the inner surface of a cooking chamber by forming a film on a base material forming a cooking chamber, said film being made of a polyparabanic acid resin, polytetrafluoroethylene and heat- resisting inorganic fine powders. CONSTITUTION:A film is formed on the front surface of a base material 4 constituting a cooking chamber. The film is made of a polyparabanic acid resin 1, polytetrafluoroethylene 2, a heat-resisting, inorganic fine powders 3. The heat-resisting, inorganic fine powders 3 are powders of an oxide or a nitride of a member or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Co, Cr, Ni, Fe, Cu, Mn and B. The polyparabanic acid resin 1 is adapted to hermetically adhere to the base material 4 and has a high glass transition tem perature, for example, 290 deg.C, and an excellent heat resistance. The poly tetrafluoroethylene 2 has a non-tackiness and is hardly contaminated by contaminants such as a seasoning and the like. The heat-resisting inorganic fine powders 3 play a role of optical shielding in the film and serves to obtain a film of little irregularity in appearance. The cooking apparatus having such a non-tacky film is difficult to be contaminated and even when it is contaminat ed, contaminants can be easily removed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, the cooking chamber of a high-frequency heating cooker has been mainly made of stainless steel, and has been extremely contaminated by gases such as oil smoke and seasonings generated during cooking. Common cooking pots, frying pans, etc. are treated with fluororesin, and their non-stick properties are used to prevent contamination, but high-frequency heating cookers (hereinafter referred to as cookers) do not use such technology It can be said that there are almost no

When the cooking chamber of a cooking device is made of stainless steel or other metal materials, various free radicals such as OH groups exist on the surface, and there are also free electrons. Therefore, when seasonings such as vinegar, lemon juice, and saone are scattered during cooking and adhere to metal surfaces, they accumulate as dirt on the surface due to thermal decomposition and chemical reactions that release the free radicals, causing damage to the inside of the cooking chamber. There was a problem with it getting dirty.

(2) As is well known, polytetrafluoroethylene has non-stick properties and is less likely to be contaminated by contaminants such as seasonings. Add 1 to 2 drops of each of 20 types of seasonings such as salad oil, soy sauce, sauce, and lemon juice onto the surface of the film using a dropper, hold at 200°C for 1 hour, and then lightly wash with water.
There was almost no dirt and no adhesion at all.
