Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は婦人用などのような小型時計の切換機
構をローコストに実現する構造に関し、外部操作
部材である巻真にクリツク部を設け、少ない部品
で巻真の位置ぎめとクリツク力を出す構造の改良
に関するものである。

ものとして、巻真にクリツク部を設け、ここにバ
ネ部材を当てゝ巻真を位置ぎめし、また巻真先端
部に設けた巻真かなを小鉄車や日の裏車に設けた
クランクギヤにかみ合わせる構造が特公昭52−
25751等で公知となつている。しかしこの例で示
されるように、巻真のクリツク部に弾性をもつて
接するバネ部材2は、平板をL曲げしたものであ
るため曲げ位置のバラツキがそのまゝ巻真位置の
バラツキになり、巻真の先端等で規正レバーを作
動させたりする場合には、規正レバーの位置ずれ
になつて通常作動時に規正がきいて止りになつて
しまうおそれがあり、また時計を落下したりした
際、リユウズからの衝撃が巻真を通してバネ部材
の当L曲げ部にかゝつて折れやすいとか、組立時
や部品取扱い中にL曲げ部が部品同志でからんで
折れやすい欠点があり、さらに巻真を時計体にそ
う入する際に、巻真かな部をはじめとして巻真が
バネ部材を通過して定位置に組込まれるまでの巻
真の各コーナー部はすべて斜面としておかないと
バネ部材の先端には斜面がないため、干渉をおこ
し、組込めない。このため斜面をつける分は結果
的に巻真が長くなり、巻真先端を軸受しなければ
ならないため巻真まわりのスペースが大きくなつ
てしまい、時計の小型化をする上でむずかしい等
の欠点が多かつた。

めのクリツク部1e、かな部1f、軸部1g、ツ
バ部1hをもち、軸部が案内パイプ2にかん合
し、ツバ部1hは案内パイプの端面に接してい
る。案内パイプ2は第2図にも示すように地板6
と受座7の間にはさまれ、受座のサライ部7aと
7bによつて締代をもつて地板サライ6a,6b
との間で固定される。案内パイプ2の回転方向は
パイプのツバ部2aのカツト部2cが受座の段部
7cによつて押えられ、軸方向はツバ部2aが地
板の角穴6bに入ることによつて決められる。受
座7の穴7dにそう入されたクリツク板8はその
一部に斜面8aを設け、上面を弾性をもつクリツ
クバネ15によつて巻真クリツク部の山形斜面1
aに圧着し、通常位置である1段目の巻真位置を
きめている。巻真を2段目位置に引出すと斜面1
bがクリツク板によつて押され針合せ位置を保持
する。クリツク板の斜面8aは巻真を時計体にそ
う入する際にクリツク板を持上げなくとも、巻真
を押すだけで定位置まで押込めるためのもので、
比較的厚い板厚にして斜面長さを得ている。第3
図にも示すようにクリツク板8は一部にこじ上げ
部8b、受座7のコーナーに引掛けるための引掛
け部8cをもつている。巻真2段目でかな1fと
かみ合うクラウンギヤ9aをもつ指針修正車であ
る日の裏車9は、平歯車9bで2番車10の2番
かな10aに、日の裏かな9cは筒車11にかみ
合つている。なお2番歯車10bは図示してない
が、他の時計輪列とかみ合い、回転力を指針表示
車へと伝達している。日の裏車9と2番車10の
上ほぞは輪列受12に、下ほぞは地板6で軸受さ
れている。13は回路基板、14はそれを押える
回路押え板であり、バーリング部14aにクリツ
クバネ15の穴がかん合して位置ぎめしている。
巻真の先端に接している規正レバー17は巻真が
引出された時いつしよに作動し、図示しないが時

みが可能となり、複数個の段部が形成されている
外部操作部材の全長が、その各段部の斜面をなく
する、あるいは前記各段部の斜面を小さくする寸
法分だけ短かくできるので、また、案内パイプと
篏合する外部操作部材における軸部の接触部の長
さがこの部分の斜面をなくする寸法分たけ余分に
確保できて外部操作部材が安定したスライド可能
となるので、従来技術のように、前記各段部に斜
面が形成されて全長の長くなつた外部操作部材の
先端を保持しなければならない構造をさけること
ができ、外部操作部材の周辺のスペース効率が改
善され、特にスペースに余裕のない小型の婦人用
時計には有利な構造となる効果を有する。また前
記クリツク板にこじ上げ部と引掛け部とを形成し
たことにより、前記外部操作部材を時計体から取
り外す場合には、前記こじ上げ部をドライバー等
でこじ上げてから水平方向に押しつけ、前記引掛
け部を受座のコーナー部に引掛けてクリツク板を
その位置で係止させることができるので、外部操
作部材の分解組立時における取り外しの操作性が
極めて容易になるという効果も有する。
