Claims (1)
- 両端を閉じたシリンダチユーブの内部に、該シ
リンダチユーブ内に供給した加圧流体によつてシ
リンダチユーブの軸線方向へ移動するピストンと
該ピストンと一体でかつシリンダチユーブの一方
の端部側に突出するロツドとが設けられ、ボール
スプライン軸が前記シリンダチユーブもしくはシ
リンダチユーブと一体の部材に中心軸線に沿つて
固定され、かつそのボールスプライン軸と嵌合さ
せたボールスプライン軸受が前記ピストンもしく
はロツドに一体化されていることを特徴とする回
り止め機構付シリンダ。
