- 間欠的に開閉を行うゲートを有するスキマーと
、該スキマーのゲート側に設けられ上部に流入口
を有する固定堰と、該固定堰の流入側に設けられ
一定水深を維持するようフロートで支持した浮動
堰とからなり、該浮動堰は越流水により固定堰に
押付けるべく構成したことを特徴とするスカムス
キマー。
