Claims (1)
- 転写紙上のトナーを加熱して転写紙に定着させ
る定着ローラを有すると共に、温度検知素子が緩
衝部材に保持されてなり、付勢手段にて付勢され
ることにより、上記定着ローラの外周面と当接し
て定着ローラの表面温度を検知する表面温度検知
手段を有する複写機の定着装置において、上記表
面温度検知手段の温度検知素子を、定着ローラの
非回転時における表面温度検知手段と定着ローラ
との当接部位よりも、定着ローラの回転方向にお
ける後方側に設けたことを特徴とする複写機の定
着装置。
