ほぼ真空状態として部品を吸着するバキユームチ
ヤツクにおいて、前記二次側管路をチヤツク管路
を介して前記チヤツク本体の前記部品を吸着する
吸着面に開口するとともに、前記排気ポートを前
記部品が装着される部材により閉塞可能としたこ
