この考案はパルプ紙又は合成樹脂などを材料と
するハニカムコアを芯材として両面に鋼板の如き
金属板を接着して張つたサンドイツチパネルに関
し、ハニカムコアと両面に張られた金属板の接着

以下、この考案を実施例図面に基づいて説明す
る。図はこの考案の実施例に係り、断面斜視図で
ある。図において１は四方にコ字型の鋼材を組ん
で構成された枠組で、この枠組１の内部にはハニ
カムコア２が配設されている。このハニカムコア
２の材質は紙でも合成樹脂でもいずれでもよい。
そして鉄板の如き金属板３の片面に接着剤を塗布
し、これにハニカムコア２の材質と同種のシート
４を接着し、シート貼り鋼板５を構成する。した
がつてハニカムコア２がパルプ紙のときはシート
４はパルプ紙であり、又合成樹脂のときは同様に
合成樹脂である。このシート貼り鋼板５は金属板
３を表面側にして枠組１とこの枠組１内のハニカ
ムコア２の両面に重合され、枠組１とはボルト結
合によりハニカムコアにはシート４とハニカムコ
ア間の接着層により固定されている。すなわち金
属板３に面接着されたシート４は線又は点線着と
比べて強固に接着されており、完全に接着された
シート４に接着されたハニカムコア２はシート４
と同種材質であるから強固に接着され、接着の確
