て、前記芯材は、絶縁材料からなる棒材であるこ
とを特徴とするヒータ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載におい
て、前記芯材は、絶縁材料からなる板材であるこ
とを特徴とするヒータ。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載におい
て、前記板材の両面に、前記フエライト・セラミ
ツク粒子の粉末が溶射されてなることを特徴とす
