リーンルーム内の室部と連通した還気口を備え、
前記給気ダクトはクリーンルーム内の上部に設け
られるとともに多数の給気孔を有することを特徴
とするクリーンルーム。 (2) 前記屋根は陸型であることを特徴とする実

ム。 (3) 前記屋根は蒲鉾型であることを特徴とする
