- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) クリーンルームの壁部と一体に設けられる
クリーンパネルであつて、吸込口と送風器とから
成る第１層部と冷・暖房用コイルと送風器とから
成る第２層部と、ＨＥＰＡフイルタと吹出口とか
ら成る第３層部とを夫々接続して形成したクリー
ンパネル。 (2) 前記第１層部、第２層部及び第３層部相互
をそれぞれ分離可能に形成したことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のクリーンパ
ネル。 (3) 前記第１層部の吸込口と第３層部の吹出口
は室内側に向けて配置されたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のクリーンパネ
ル。
