４を形成し、この圧力室４内の液体を放流するた
めの減圧流路ｂを開閉する補助制御弁５と、前記
タンクＴ内の前記フロートボール３が上下動する
領域よりも低い領域で上下動する補助フロートボ
ール７とを設け、この補助フロートボール７の下
方への移動に連動して前記補助制御弁５により前
記減圧流路ｂを開放させる連繋機構６を設けてあ
