(Function of the Invention) In order to use the assembled base material of the present invention as, for example, a road safety guard pipe, it is necessary to install a pipe with a diameter of about 150 mm on the road shoulder as shown in FIG.
A support 3 such as a pine pile or iron pipe of approximately φ is erected, its base part is buried approximately 50 cm underground, the base part is fixed with concrete 4, and an assembly base material 5 is placed on the outside of the support 3.
The inside of the assembly base material 5 is filled with sand 6. In this way, even if a car rear-ends the assembly base material 5, the impact of the rear-end collision is buffered by the elasticity of the rubber of the bead member 1 and the sand 6.

Through holes 7 through which the connectors 2 are passed are formed in the bead member l at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Among the bead members l, the bead member 1a that becomes the top layer when stacked as shown in Fig. 3 is not only provided with a through hole 7, but also has a recess 8 for storing the heads of nuts and bolts as shown in Fig. 2. It is preferable to form four parts 9 in which the heads of nuts and bolts can be accommodated also in the lowermost bead member in.

When connecting two assembly base materials 5 as shown in FIG. 6, a bolt 10 and a cap nut 7 are used as the connecting tool 2. In this case, in one bagner, the door is placed inside the recess 8 of the uppermost bead member 1a of one of the two assembly base materials 5 to be connected, and on the other assembly base material, as shown in the opening in Figure 6. It is arranged to be housed in the four parts 9 of the lowermost bead member In of No. 5. In this way, the cap nut 7 does not protrude outside the assembly base material 5, resulting in a good appearance and reliable connection.
