This has become a problem. In addition, there is a problem that not only the strength of the cured product decreases due to leaching of Na ions, etc., but also the cured product itself disappears, and quick setting grout using water glass is a cured product that does not have durability.

Rapid setting grout materials that are injected into the ground or voids using the 1.5 shot method are already on the market.

There is a problem in that the strength of the hydrated and cured product cannot be expected to increase thereafter. Another problem is that the calcium aluminate hydrate undergoes a transition after curing, resulting in a decrease in the strength of the cured product. In order to avoid strength reduction due to hydrate transfer, a conventional method has been to add gypsum to calcium aluminate-based powder in advance to generate ettringite and prevent the formation of calcium aluminate hydrate. It has been taken.

For this reason, in order to temporarily suppress the hydration reaction of A liquid, a setting retarder made of an organic acid or the like is currently added to A liquid. The amount of this setting retarder added must be adjusted depending on the environmental conditions at the time of grout injection. If the amount added is too small, the pot life will be shortened, and if it is too large, the gel time will be longer or curing will be poor. There is a problem that it may cause

As a means to simultaneously solve the drawback of the conventional technology that the viscosity of materials A and B differs due to the difference in the amount of materials used, we focused on slag powder, and as a result of research, we found that the presence of slag powder Without inhibiting the rapid setting phenomenon,
And the grout powder is gradually hydrated and hardened, usually in the presence of Portland cement, slaked lime and gypsum, producing C-8-H and ettringite, which are identical to cement hydrates, and this reaction is It was found that the process progresses even in such rapidly hardened bodies. Therefore, it is possible to make the slag powder have the role of an adjustment agent to make the amount of powder used for materials A and B the same, and the role of a strength-enhancing agent over a long period of time due to continued hydration. can.

However, even when alumina cement is mixed with gypsum, a hydration reaction starts immediately when it is made into a slurry, resulting in an increase in the viscosity of the slurry.

Instead of mixing gypsum in the material, the gypsum was mixed in material B (this solved the problem of increased viscosity of the slurry. Therefore, when materials A and B were made into a slurry,
Since it can be used as a slurry for extended periods of time, the rapid setting grout according to the invention does not require the use of setting retarders.

It has the advantage that it can be injected even at low pressures.

There is no need to use a setting retarder, and a sufficient pot life can be obtained as is. In addition, since the amounts of A and B used are adjusted to be equal, the amount of water used to obtain the same volume of slurry is also approximately equal.
Since the viscosities of the liquid and the B liquid are almost equal, it becomes easy to adjust the pumping amount. Therefore, it can be said that the quick setting grout material of the present invention is a material that is very easy to use.

The time until the coagulation phenomenon occurs (gel time) can be adjusted from 10 seconds to about 5 minutes depending on the amounts of material A and material B added in liquids A and B. for example,

After the liquid has heated up, it can be quickly heated without any bleeding phenomenon.
One of the greatest characteristics is that this hardening reaction continues for a long time because slag powder is mixed in the hardened product.
