子を有する第１の電極板と、内装ケースの下面に

電極板とからなる組立電極を前記積層体に被せ、
所定の加圧力を保持して前記外装ケースの外縁部
を前記第１の電極板に接してカール状にかしめた
電気二重層コンデンサにおいて、前記第１の電極
板と前記外装ケースのカール状かしめ部とで形成
される空孔部及び前記第２のリード端子が導出す
る貫通孔の空隙部とを樹脂で封止したことを特徴
