は、重労働であり作業効率が悪<、シかも安全衛生上で

〈問題点を解決する為の手段〉
上記本発明の目的は、次の如き装置によって達成できる
。即ち、梱包内、外周材となるべき切板を縦走する為の
ローラーテーブルを跨ぐ状態に、その高さが昇降自在な
門型架台を配設し、同門型架台上を横動自在に設置した
横動台車に搭載した傾動フレームを該横動台車との間に
於いて互いにその下部一端部で枢着すると共に互いの他
端側に渡設される傾動シリンダーにより傾動自在となし
、かつ上記傾動フレームには両面テープ取付ドラム及び
補助紙巻取りドラムを並設し、両面テープ取付ドラムに
取付けられた両面テープを横動台車下方に設けられた圧
着ローラーへ導き補助紙のみは補助紙巻取りドラムへ返
送する為のガイドローラーを所要数配設し、更に上記圧
着ローラーから両面テープの進行方向へ僅かに離れた位
置で横動台車に固定されその刃先が下向きとなるべきテ
ープカッターを設け傾動フレームが傾動した場合にのみ
両面テープを切断する如くなしたことを特徴とするコイ

体に設けた昇降用シリンダー(4L (4)を起動せし
め、横動台車(5)を切板(1)上面に当接する迄下降
する。横動台車(5)は門型架台(3)との間では走行
車輪(6)を介して横動自在とされ、又その下面には第
2図、第3図に示す如く両面テープaを切板(1)に押
圧貼着する為の圧着ローラー(7)と、該圧着ローラー
(7)の両側に配置される補助車輪(8)、 (8)と
を有しており、その横動は門型架台(3)の下方に設け
られた横動用シリンダー(9)によって行なわれる様に
なっている。横動台車(5)には、それと下部一端部(
第2図中A)で枢着され、他端部は傾動シリンダー(1

載されており、この傾動シリンダー(10)を伸ばせば
傾動フレーム(11)は第2図中矢印B方向へ傾動する
様になっている。この様な傾動フレーム(11)の上部
に、両面テープ取付ドラム(12)と補助紙巻取りドラ
ム(13)とが並設され、この両ドラム間には中間押え
ロール(14)を介在せしめ、更にコイルバネ(図示せ
ず)により補助紙巻取りドラム(13)を両面テープ取
付ドラム(12)側へ重分せしめ両ドラムの巻細り及び
巻太りに対処出来る様にしている。両面テープ取付ドラ
ム(12)に取付けられたテープコイルから巻出された
両面テープ(補助紙も含む)は、所要部所に配設された
ガイドローラー(15)を経て、横動台車(5)の下部
に設置された圧着ローラー(7)を至り、そこで下面が
切板(1)上へ貼着され、補助紙すのみは別のガイドロ
ーラー(15)、 (15)を経て補助紙巻取りドラム
(13)へ返送され、両面テープaのみは、必要時に傾
動シリンダー(10)により傾動フレーム(11)を傾

返送待機させておけば次の作業も引続き行なう事が出来
