Claims (1)
形成処理を行う画像形成処理手段の少なくとも１
つとを一体に構成し、前記感光体表面と前記画像
形成処理手段との間に介装されて感光体表面を保
護し、画像形成開始前に剥離される保護シートを
備え、画像形成装置本体に対して交換可能な画像
形成ユニツトにおいて、 前記保護シートは前記感光体表面に重なり部分
が形成されるよう一周以上に亘り巻回されるとと
もに、前記保護シートの重なり部分を前記画像形
成処理手段で前記感光体表面へ押圧することによ
り保持されることを特徴とする画像形成ユニツト
。 (2) 前記保護シートは該保護シートの端部以外
に把持部が設けられ、該把持部を前記感光体表面
より遠ざかる方向へ引くことにより、前記保護シ
ートの両端部が互いに逆方向に移動して前記感光
体表面から剥離されるように構成したことを特徴
