Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust the inclination of a mirror board externally of a casing simply with the extremely small number of constituting parts by providing an adjusting means for externally changing the inclination of the mirror board by the screwed degree of a vis. CONSTITUTION:On the mirror board 13, a fulcrum 15 is disposed at a position shifted to either direction from the center thereof and this fulcrum 15 is rotatably supported through a bearing from both the sides. The vis 16 abutting against a part of the shorter side from the fulcrum 15 is disposed on the rear surface of the mirror board 13 and the angle of the mirror board 13 can be adjusted according to the screwed degree. When the head part 17 of the vis 16 is disposed so as to be exposed from the roof 18 of the casing, an optical path can be adjusted by changing the angle of the mirror board 13 without opening the back cover of the casingor the like.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, a dosing type television receiver includes a dosing machine that magnifies and administers the image projected on a cathode ray tube using a lens system, and a concave screen that projects the administered image separately from the dosing machine. There are two types: one is a separate type with a cathode ray tube, and the other is a relatively small integrated type that reflects the image projected from a cathode ray tube on a mirror plate and projects it onto the back of the screen so that the screen can be viewed from the front of the screen. There is. The latter is compact because it is constructed by housing the part that projects the image from the cathode ray tube, the mirror plate, and the screen into one body.
Although it is extremely common and can be installed freely, it is extremely complicated to adjust the angle of attaching the mirror plate that reflects the projected image optical path onto the screen.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, fulcrums 2 are provided on both sides of the mirror plate 1, a pivot s3 for pivoting the mirror plate 1 parallel to the axis of the fulcrums 2 is provided, and the mirror plate 1 is mounted on at least one of the fulcrums 2. The optical path is adjusted by changing the inclination angle of the mirror plate 1 so that an image is properly projected on the screen. (For example,
(See Publication No. 6779) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above-described configuration, the number of components increases, the materials and assembly costs increase, and the back cover of the casing and other parts must be completely closed so that the adjustment parts can be operated during adjustment. There were problems such as having to remove it.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, there is a cathode ray tube 11 for reproducing images, a lens system 12 for enlarging the image projected on this cathode ray tube 11, and a screen image for displaying images enlarged by this lens system 11. 14 A mirror plate 13 for reflection projection is provided.

This mirror plate 13 is provided with a fulcrum 15 at a location shifted from its center to one side, and this fulcrum 15 is rotatably supported from both sides. In this way, the mirror plate longer than the fulcrum (11 in Figure 1) is always loaded downward, and conversely, the mirror plate shorter than the fulcrum (42 in Figure 1) is pushed upward. be able to raise it.

Therefore, a screw 16 that abuts on a part of the short side is provided on the back side of the mirror plate, so that the angle of the mirror plate 13 can be adjusted by adjusting the degree of screwing. If the head 17 of this screw 16 is arranged so as to be exposed from the top plate 18 of the casing, the optical path can be adjusted by changing the angle of the mirror plate without opening the back cover of the casing or the like.

Once the adjustment of the optical path is completed, the mirror plate can be completely fixed at the adjusted position by tightening the fixture 19 integrally provided on the mirror plate 13 with the screws 2o.

In this case, the screws 20 are tightened to such an extent that the mirror plate 13 does not easily vibrate or the inclination angle does not change due to vibrations that occur in normal life. As shown in FIG.
1, an S-shaped screw locking portion 22 is provided so that the mirror plate 13 is pulled up by engaging one end of the screw 16 and tightening the screw 16, and pulling up the mirror plate 13 by loosening the screw 16 completely.

In the optical path adjusting device configured as above, the mirror plate is always loaded on the longer side than the fulcrum, and vice versa.
The short side of 1 is pushed upwards around the entire center of the fulcrum, so if you tighten the screw from the back of the mirror plate at that part using a means to adjust the angle depending on the degree of screwing, the mirror plate will move around the fulcrum. The light path can be adjusted very easily by changing the reflection angle of the mirror plate. In addition, by exposing the head 17 of the adjustment screw 16 on the top plate of the housing as shown in Figure 1, the above optical path adjustment operation can be performed from outside the housing, making it easier to use during service. The optical path can be easily adjusted without opening the back cover of the housing.
