構成図、第５図はそのシユート部分を示す側面図
である。
図において、１は打割装置、２は叩打部材、２
０はスチールベルト、２５は還元炉本体、２７は
鉄粉（被還元材）、２７ａは鉄粉ケーキ（固形状
被還元材）、２９は炉出口部、３０はシユート、
３１は解粒機である。

載置して還元炉内を搬送しつつ還元処理し、炉内

被還元材をシユートにより解粒機に導くようにし
た還元設備において、上記シユートの上部に、炉
出口部から抽出された上記固形状被還元材に叩打
部材を上方から圧下させて打ち割る打割装置を設
けたことを特徴とする還元設備における被還元材
