00 is polished by shot blasting or sandblasting, but during this polishing process, a rubber cap is used to prevent the bolt 101 from being accidentally polished together. 103 has been developed and is in use. That is, the cap 103 usually has a cylindrical shape with a bottom, as shown in FIG. 7, and is made of rubber that can be easily fitted onto a bolt.

With such types of caps, the thick cap may get in the way during painting, making it difficult to properly apply the paint to the metal parts near the base of the bolt. Furthermore, since these types of caps are made of rubber, which has a relatively weak property with large elastic deformation, the fitting operation of fitting the caps onto the bolts must be carried out using a parts feeder, etc. It has become difficult to automate using

By the way, this type of cap has relatively high rigidity and is easy to insert into the bolt side, so there is no problem in that respect, but the thermal expansion coefficient of the cap is higher than that of the steel that forms the bolt. The difference is large, about 10 times the coefficient of thermal expansion, and for this reason, for example, during vulcanization, the cap side expands more than the bolt due to the large difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the two, making it easier to detach from the bolt. There is a problem of lack of reliability when using it as a process.

The object of the present invention is to provide a cap for a bolt by attaching a vibration isolating rubber that can prevent this and also automate the insertion and removal operation on the bolt side.

The innermost diameter of the cylindrical part of the cap is smaller than the outer diameter of the bolt, and the cap is mounted in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the bolt insertion direction. The cap cylindrical portion has irregularities formed on the inner and outer wall surfaces thereof so that the thickness of the cylindrical portion is approximately uniform when the cap cylindrical portion is cut.

。In the installation of the vibration-proof rubber according to the present invention, the bolt cap has a thin shape with unevenness formed on the inner circumferential side wall surface and the outer circumferential side wall surface of the cap cylindrical portion, so that the cylindrical portion can be A certain amount of press-fitting can be achieved to ensure that the cap does not come off even if it expands, which prevents the cap from coming off during vulcanization and causing rust-proofing paint to be applied to the threaded parts of the bolts. will disappear.

材料を用いて極力薄肉状に一体成形されている。FIGS. 1 and 2 show a bolt cap for mounting the vibration isolating rubber according to the present invention, and this cap has a cylindrical tube portion 1, an inner circumference side wall surface 2, and an outer circumference side wall surface 3 that are wavy. The cylindrical portion 1 is formed with unevenness 4, and a head 5 protruding toward the outer circumference is formed on the bottomed proximal surface of the cylindrical portion 1, and has a predetermined rigidity force greater than that of rubber, which will be explained later. The material should be made of a material that has a rigidity that does not cause large elastic deformation when press-fitting the cap into the bolt, and has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than the bolt, and is made of a material that is as low-cost as possible, such as nylon, Boriasecure, or Boliform. It is integrally molded to be as thin as possible using synthetic resin such as arylate, or metal material such as iron or aluminum.

It is formed to a dimension that is smaller than the outer diameter d1 of the bolt 7 attached to the side, and the height dimension h0 is slightly smaller than the maximum length dimension of the bolt 7 used. This makes it possible to exert a certain press-fit margin (approximately the same force as the tightening force) during insertion into the bolt 7 side, especially during vulcanization work, etc. Even when exposed to such high temperatures, it expands significantly and does not come off.

The upper part is formed to have a substantially uniform thickness with a concave portion or arcuate convex portion curved on one side along the bolt insertion direction, making it easy to insert and remove the bolt. ing. In addition, the open tip side of the cylindrical portion 1 in this embodiment is coated with anti-rust paint so that it can be applied evenly to the periphery of the hole when attaching the metal fitting 8 to which the bolt 7 is attached. , is formed in a tapered or chamfered shape, and has a pointed tip. The cylindrical portion may be formed by forming the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface in a groove shape or a protrusion shape so that the cross section has a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. The inner circumferential side wall surface and the outer circumferential side wall surface may be formed in the shape of a triangular groove or a triangular protrusion so that the cross section is triangular.

As a result, a predetermined large press-fitting allowance can be exerted during the insertion and insertion of the bolt 7, and the bolt can be reliably tightened even during the vulcanization process. These operations can be easily performed by being pressed outward.

Since the cap is smaller than the outside diameter of the bolt, even if the cap gets heated while being inserted into the bolt, it will firmly adhere to the bolt and protect the bolt, making it easy to use during various operations. The reliability of bolt protection is greatly improved.
