スにおいて、該空域を外部と遮蔽するための側壁
部カーテン、天井部カーテン、及び、清浄空気を
供給するためのダクト、天井部に配された吹出し
口の全てが軟質の合成樹脂シートからなり、該シ
ートが、組立て可能な支柱により支持されている
ことを特徴とするクリーンブース。 (2) 合成樹脂シートが透光性のシートである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のクリーンブー
ス。 (3) 合成樹脂シートが、帯電防止性シートであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第２項記載
のクリーンブース。 (4) 合成樹脂シートが、導電性繊維材料で補強
されたシートである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
