を行わないときでもバルブを完全に閉めないで僅
かに開いた状態にし、少量ではあるが蒸気を出し

上端を開放するときには取手11に設けたレバー
12を押えることによつて行い、レバー12を押
えると、リンク機構8を介して縦軸9が圧縮バネ
