【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は建物の玄関等に設けられる金属製マツ
トに関するもので、容易に製造でき且つ安価に提
供することを目的とする。

て説明する。図において1は円筒状の金属製パイ

プ状連結材2によつてつながれている。前記長尺
部材1には夫々長さ方向適当間隔おきに真円の円
孔3が形成され、長尺部材1…を並べたとき全て
の長尺部材1…の円孔3…が同一中心線上に位置
して互いに連通するようになつている。前記パイ
プ状連結材2は互いに連通した円孔3…に挿通さ
れた後、外面より機械的に押圧力が加えられて前
記円孔3内に位置するパイプ状連結材2の部分2
a以外の部分2bを大径に変形させ、この大径に
変形させた部分2bの端部で円孔3外側の面を挾
み、長尺部材1同志を連通するものである。多数
本平行に並べられた長尺部材1…の内、両端部に

材2の端部はかしめられて長尺部材1との嵌合が

つて1本の切り込み2cが形成されている。前記
長尺部材1及び連結材2はステンレス鋼等から作
られている。又図面に示す実施例ではパイプ状連
結材2の押圧変形前の断面形状は前記円孔3の形
状に近い真円形であり、これを押圧変形すること
により第4図に示すように円孔3の径dよりも大
きな径Dの部分2bが形成され、この部分2bで
第2図に示すように長尺部材1を挾持するもので
ある。このパイプ状連結材2としては押圧変形前
の断面形状が楕円のものを使用しても良く、又真
円の円孔3の代りに楕円の孔を形成しておいても
良く、これらの形状は図面に示す実施例に限定さ
れるものではない。
