簡単かつ安価々らしめる利益がある。更に本発明に係る
オイルパンのドレン部構造は、二枚の鋼板間に樹脂薄層
を介装した制振鋼板によって成形され、その底面又はそ
の近傍にドレン孔を穿設したオイルパ(J3) ン、上記オイルパンの内部に固着され、上記ドレン孔と
実質的に同心のねじ孔を具えたドレンシート、上記ねじ
孔に螺合されるねじ軸部を具えたドレンプラグ、上記ド
レンプラグのねじ軸部に嵌装され、同プラグをドレンシ
ートに螺合し締付けることによって圧潰されるガスケッ
ト、及び上記ガスケットのプラグ頭部とは反対側の表面
に塗布された耐油性のシーラントからなり、上記ドレン
プラグの締付は時尾上記ガスケットが圧潰されることに
よって、上記シーラントが前記ドレン孔の内周面とドレ
ンプラグ軸部との間の環状空所内に圧入されるように構
成したことを特徴とし、ドレン孔内周面をシーラントに
より確実に被覆することができるので、制振鋼板製オイ
ルパンの割振性能の経時的劣化を効果的て防止し得る利
点がある。
