The present invention relates to a packaging container made of reinforced corrugated paperboard, and particularly to a packaging container in which the ruled line between the container body and the flap connected to the opening edge of the container and its surrounding area is partially reinforced with a reinforcing agent, and a method for manufacturing the same. Conventionally, this type of packaging container includes a container body and a ruled line, and at least one of the flap liner and the central liner in the vicinity of the ruled line is reinforced, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-47130 proposed by the applicant. Packaging containers coated with the reinforcing agent have no difference in compressive strength from those in which the entire packaging container is reinforced with a reinforcing agent, and can be obtained at low cost by using less reinforcing agent. However, with this structure, the rigidity of the ruled lines corresponding to the folds of the flap is increased by applying a reinforcing agent, so there is no problem in manual work, but mechanical work such as automatic packaging machines When the lid is closed, a sudden force is applied to the strengthened crease by folding the flap, and the liner located on the outer surface is broken at the crease, not only damaging the appearance but also damaging the connection between the flap and the container body. There was an inconvenience that weakened the For this reason, if the reinforcing agent applied to the ruled lines is adjusted to prevent the flexibility of the ruled line portions from being lost, the compressive strength will sharply decrease. As a result of research to solve these disadvantages, the present invention prevents breakage of the outer liner at the flap crease by forming an unapplied area of reinforcing agent in the flap crease area. This invention was completed based on the knowledge that a reinforced cardboard packaging container having the same pressure resistance strength as that coated with a reinforcing agent can be obtained, and the gist of the first invention is that a reinforced cardboard packaging container made of corrugated paper A flap 3 is connected to at least one opening edge of the container body 1 via a ruled line 2, and the central liner 5 of the container body 1 and the flap 3 in the area including the ruled line 2 and around the ruled line 2 is coated. The second invention is characterized in that an unapplied area 8 of the reinforcing agent 6 is formed corresponding to the area that becomes the crease 7 of the ruled line 2 when the flap 3 is closed, and the second invention is the same as the first invention. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a reinforced cardboard packaging container that can easily manufacture a reinforced cardboard packaging container.
The gist of this is that when the one side liner 4 and the step-formed core liner 5 are attached, and then the adhesive 9 is applied to the core liner 5 and the packaging container is further formed, the ruled line 2 A narrow covering means 1 facing the core liner 5 in a region surrounding the ruled line 2 and forming the container body 1 and the flap 3.
0, and apply the reinforcing agent 6 through the means 10, and form a linear uncoated area 8 in the area where the reinforcing agent 6 is applied.
In addition to forming a reinforced corrugated paperboard A having the following properties, and before the hardening of the reinforcing agent 6 is completed, the reinforced corrugated paperboard A is made to match the region 8 to which the reinforcing agent is not applied and the corrugated top portion 12 of the scorer 11 to form an additional ruled line 2. It is characterized by A more detailed explanation will be given below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 showing an example of the implementation of the present invention. The packaging container shown in the first figure is an embodiment of the present invention and is made of corrugated paper, and the upper and lower opening edges of the container body 1 are provided with inner and outer flaps 3, 3 with ruled lines 2 in between, similar to a commonly used packaging container. It is similar to the conventional product in that a reinforcing agent 6 is applied across the container body 1 and the flap 3 in the vicinity of the ruled line 2, including the ruled line 2, but as shown in the third figure. , an unapplied area 8 of the reinforcing agent is formed in a narrow area functioning as the fold 7, which has a narrow width to the left and right with the bottom of the flap 3 of the ruled line 2 serving as the fold 7 as the center. This uncoated area 8 is 1/2 to 1/2 of the width of the ruled line 2.
Preferably, the width is 1/3. Next, to explain the manufacturing method, as shown in the second diagram, the core liner 5 which has been heated and dried by a preheater 13 is formed into corrugations by a corrugating roll 14, and is pasted to the top of the corrugation by a gluing device 15. It is bonded to one side liner 4 heated by a preheater 16. Next, the core liner 5 is further glued to the top of the corrugation on the other side by a gluing device 17 to form an area where ruled lines 2 will be added when the packaging container is cleverly formed as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. A reinforcing agent 6 is applied partially to the region including the ruled line 2 in the center and forming the container body 1 and the flap 3 around the ruled line 2 by the reinforcing agent applicator 18.
Form by spraying. In detail, as shown in FIG.
is provided facing the core liner 5, is spaced apart from the core liner 5, crosses the spray area of the spray nozzle 19, and is parallel to the flow direction of the core liner 5 to cover the core liner 5. A narrow covering means 10 is provided. The one shown in the figure is a narrow plate-like body with an isosceles triangular cross section, and the width of the base portion 10a is made to match the width of the uncoated area. The coating means 10 are thus sprayed by the spray nozzle 19.
When the reinforcing agent 6 is applied to the core liner 5 through the reinforcing agent 6, a reinforcing agent applied area having a narrow uncoated area 8 in a straight line is formed. Thereafter, as shown in the second figure, the other side liner 20 is bonded to the core liner 5 to form a partially reinforced corrugated board A, and heated to a gelatinizing temperature using a hot plate device 21 in order to proceed with bonding. The partially reinforced corrugated paperboard A, which has been laminated, is continuously passed through the slitter/scorer device 2 prior to solidification of the reinforcing agent 6.
2 and 11, and the ruled lines 2 are added and cut. At this time, in detail, as shown in FIG. 5, the stepped top portion 12 of the scorer 11 and the reinforcing agent-unapplied area 8 of the core liner 5 are aligned to form an additional ruled line 2. When doing so, the scorer 11 matches the area 8 where the reinforcing agent is not applied, and the scorer 1
A ruled line 2 having a width on the left and right is formed centering on the step top part 12 of 1, but at this time, the structure is not destroyed even by crushing by the scorer 11 because the reinforcing agent 6 has not yet solidified. The results of a pressure strength test comparing a container with the same shape as the product of the present invention with a conventional product in which the uncoated area 8 is not provided on the ruled line 2 are as follows. Size of the cardboard packaging container used in the test: 434 x 280 x 424 mm Paper quality: Front and back liners K200 Core liner SCP180 Strengthening agent application area: 100mm including ruled lines Strengthening agent composition: Dextrin 46% (weight) Water 50% Surfactant 0.1% Waterproofing agent 4.0%% (corresponding dextrin solid portion) Width of ruled line: 12.5 mm (indicated by X in Figure 3)

[Table] * Indicated by Y in Figure 2.
As is clear from the above results, in the area including the ruled line 2 and reinforced with the reinforcing agent 6 over the container body 1 and the flap 3 in the vicinity of the ruled line 2, the fold 7 of the ruled line 2 is Even if the reinforcing agent-unapplied area 8 was provided in the area where the reinforcing agent was not applied, a packaging container was obtained that had compressive strength and strain that were not significantly different from conventional products (those without an unapplied area). In the packaging process for this product, even when the flap 3 was mechanically closed, the area 8 to which no reinforcing agent was applied was formed corresponding to the position of the crease 7 of the ruled line 2.
The outer liner is no longer likely to break due to folding. As is clear from the above explanation, the first aspect of the present invention
According to the invention, a reinforcing agent 6 is applied to the center liner 5 of the container body 1 and flap 3 in the vicinity of the ruled line 2, including the ruled line 2 of the packaging container formed from corrugated paper.
When the flap 3 is closed, an unapplied area 8 of the reinforcing agent 6 is formed corresponding to the area that will become the crease 7 of the ruled line 2. To provide a reinforced corrugated cardboard packaging container which is compatible with automatic packaging since there is no fear that the outer liner will break at the position of the fold 7 even if effective. Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, when manufacturing the packaging container of the first aspect, when formed as a packaging container, an area including the ruled line 2 and forming the container body 2 and the flap 3 in the vicinity of the ruled line 2 is provided. In this step, a narrow coating means 10 facing the core liner 5 is provided, and the reinforcing agent 6 is coated through the means 10, so that a reinforcing agent application area having an uncoated area 8 in a straight line is continuously formed. The reinforced corrugated paperboard A on which the reinforcing agent 6 is formed is obtained, and the ruled lines 2 are added by aligning the unapplied area 8 of the reinforcing agent with the corrugated top part 12 of the scorer 11 before the curing of the reinforcing agent 6 is completed. Since the uncoated area 8 can be formed at the position where the crease 7 of the ruled line 2 will be, and the ruled line 2 is additionally formed before the hardening of the reinforcing agent 6 is completed, the structure of the area where the reinforcing agent is applied is This has the effect of making it possible to manufacture reinforced cardboard packaging containers with excellent pressure resistance without breaking.
