いて下型2と上型4とは夫々一枚の金属を加工し
て作られており、その製作に莫大な費用と時間が
かかり、成形に変更あるたびに新しく別の金型を
製作しなければならないという欠点があつた。

側の内外プレート止め輪とそれに装着されたプレ
ートで下金型を形成し、上側のプレートと下側の
プレートの相互たがいちがいのかみ合いにより単
品成形品のフイルム成形を行なうように構成した
ものである。
