上部内面との間にそれぞれ嵌入させた第１、第２
リング状パツキング１４，１５を、上記内向きフ
ランジ状壁６下面および上面にそれぞれ圧接させ
ると共に、それ等第１および第２リング状パツキ
ング１４，１５の脱落を防止する突部１０…を、
パツキング取付用筒部７外面と嵌合筒部５下部内
