本発明は防蟻材によって白蟻の忌避領域を形成すること

のであり、よって建築部材に白蟻を寄せつけることかな
い。しかも、防蟻材の付着や敷き詰め施工において多少
の隙間が生じても、その隙間自体は防蟻材相互の忌避領
域によって包囲されるので全体か白蟻忌避領域により覆

や根太31の下面に夫々タッカ−等、接着剤により貼設
する。一方基礎4」二ては防蟻材1bを床内部にその端
部12を垂れ丁げた状態で配置すれば、両防蟻材1aと
1b間に隙間Hか生しても、防蟻材1aと防蟻材tbは
前述した様に白蟻の忌避領域0を有するので隙間Hもこ
の忌避領域0により覆われる。よって床材3及び6台輪
5.基礎上の上台6は忌避領域0により保護されること
になる。すなわち白蟻はこの忌避領域0によって床材3
や台輪5及び土台6に寄りつくことがてきず、前記同様
